Mr. Spinowitz was born February 26, 1946 in Brooklyn, New York. He was raised in Brooklyn and lived there until 1970, when he moved to Staten Island, New York. From Staten Island he moved to New Jersey and from there relocated to Florida in 1994.

Upon graduation from High School, he entered the United States Navy for three years attaining the rank of 3rd Class Petty Officer. After an honorable discharge he worked in electronics for several years (with IBM) and then went into sales and business, all the while attending college at night and raising a family. He is married to the former Terry Montanti (who works in the office), since 1976 and they have an extended family of five grown children and three grandchildren.
